In all data processing operations (e.g. collection, recording, organization, arrangement, storage, adaptation or modification, reading, querying, use, transmission, comparison, deletion or destruction) the provider acts in accordance with the statutory provisions within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The personal data and operating data of the terminal equipment transmitted by the customer are stored electronically by the provider on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. a and b GDPR.

If your last login of the user to the EZR Home Online Portal was more than 2 years ago, the user's entire personal data will be automatically deleted, unless another legal basis authorizes further processing or other legal regulations to which we are subject prevent deletion. If the portal is used actively, the personal data is stored with the provider for an unlimited period of time, unless the data is deleted by the user himself in the account management.
The personal data is used within the provider and its affiliated companies. These companies and, where applicable, the external service providers who carry out data processing on behalf of the provider, are contractually obliged, within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR, to treat personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The provider shall take the measures appropriate to the state of the art (cf. Art. 32 GDPR) to protect personal data against unauthorized access. Nevertheless, it is pointed out that, given the state of the art, it is not possible to completely prevent third parties from attempting to access this data without authorization.
